Sony pictures  owns the film rights to spider manbecause they secured them in the 1990s before Marvel Studios existed.  A deal with marvel / disney allowed  Spider-Man to appear in MCU films (while Sony retains distribution), which is why he’s part of MCU 

5) Which company owns the rights to the Fantastic Four and the X-Men?

Before appearing in the MCU, the film rights to fantastic four and x-men were owned by 20th century fox. After Disney acquired Fox’s entertainment assets, those characters’ rights were folded into the MCU — allowing them to now be used by Marvel/Disney.

Denotations and connations

                                                             In this poster we can see a young boy from African descent, I can denote from this poster this boy is in  poverty due to the title saying 'dig titles not graves' which connotes that he is unable to have the basic human necessities provided to him and is accustomed and used to more  people dying before their time then viewing basic human necessities as luxuries. The dull background suggests he does not come from wealth and is living in conditions which are not suitable for him to be living in.
