That they are always in the know of celebruity gossip.

3) Now look at page 4 of the Heat Media Pack. What other content does Heat magazine offer its readers aside from celebrity news?
Fashion and lifestyle and life hacks.

4) Look at page 5. What is Heat magazine's audience profile? Write all the key details of their audience here. 
There mostly young females.

Media Language

1) How are the cover lines written to make the audience want to buy the magazine? Consider the interest/intrigue they create.
They use an engaging colour sceme with large fonts which catches the readers eyes.

2) What are the connotations of the Heat colour scheme on this particular front cover?
The heat colour scheme is they use the bright vibrant colours with pink to attract to the female audience.

3) How are images used to create interest in the magazine? Find three reasons for your answer. (E.g. paparazzi images or aspects of mise-en-scene such props, costume, make-up, body position, facial expression etc.)

They show celebrities in stand-off positions to present authenticity.
They are seen in daily attire not glammed up
Seen hiding from the press to show they may be guilty .

4) What differences can you find between the use of design and typography between Tatler and Heat? List at least three differences and explain the effect on audiences.

Tatler uses less colours and uses many pastel or matte colours and theyre typography is more elegant which appeals to the audience as more sophisticated. 
Heat uses bright colours to show it is more engaging and has'hot topics' on front page.
Tatler only has one or two stories on front page to show that they are talking about more meaningful things going on whereas heat speaks on all the celebrity gossip.

They are represented in a negative limelight and reinforcing stereotypes of being known as problematic

3) How are women represented on the cover of Heat? Think about both images and cover lines here.
They are represneted as stand -offish  and usually seen with a cover line .

4) How do Heat and Tatler represent social class? What different social classes can you find in the features and celebrities on the cover? (E.g. middle/upper class / working class)

We can see that in heat we can see that it meant for working class indivuals who enjoy a bit of a gossip with the celebrities at hand whereas tatler is for higher class indivuals and presents more 'fancy' people.
